End-to-end recruitment for US-based healthcare positions
Sourcing and hiring candidates such as:
- Travel Nurses
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Allied Health Professionals
- Maintaining strong communication with healthcare professionals and clients
- Meeting hiring targets within deadlines
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare/Nurse Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare system and terminologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Salary
In-hand salary: ₹20,000 – ₹55,000 (based on experience & performance)
