Kakatiya University Distance Education-2022

School of Distance Learning and Continuing Education (SDLCE) under Kakatiya University (KU), Warangal has released a notification for admission to degree PG courses. These are conducted in distance learning mode according to semesters. Teaching will be through online sessions. Admissions are aggregated through the verification of documents. PG courses have to be completed in nine years. There are no age restrictions.

Kakatiya University Distance Degree Courses

There are BA, B.COM, BSC, and BBA programs. The duration of each course is three years. It consists of 6 semesters. Inter/XII pass with Maths/Statistics/Computers as a subject can apply for B.Sc. Candidates of any group can apply for the remaining courses.

The Bachelor of Library and Information Science program duration is one year. It consists of two semesters. Any degree candidates can apply. B.COM (Computers), BBA, and BLISC courses are only to be studied in English. For the rest, Telugu/English medium can be selected.

BA Groups: HPP, EPP, SPP
B.COM Groups: General, Computers
BSc Subjects: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science

PG Courses: MA, M.Com, M.Sc, MS.W, ATM courses are available. The duration of each course is two years. It consists of four semesters. Science degree/BA(Maths)/B.Sc(MPC) followed by specialization for M.C.; any degree for remaining courses. Master of Library and Information Science is of one-year duration. It consists of two semesters. BLISC passed candidates can apply. The duration of a Master of Journalism is one year. It consists of four semesters. BCJ candidates can apply.
