Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a notification for the recruitment of specialist officer-level posts in various public sector banks. Agriculture Field Officer (Scale-1): 516 Posts.
Raj Language Officer (Scale-1): 25 Posts.
Law Officer (Scale-1): 10 Posts.
HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-1 ): 15 Posts.
Marketing Officer (Scale-1): 100 Posts.
Selection process
The preliminary examination will be the qualifying examination. The final selection will be done based on mains and interviews. The exam procedure is the same for the posts of Law and Raj Language Officer. For IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer posts, questions will be given from English Language, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude subjects. General Awareness will replace Quantitative Aptitude for the posts of Law Officer and Raj Bhasha Officer. All the questions in the main exam will be from relevant subjects.
How to Prepare for IBPS Jobs
Mainly focus on prelims. Because the subjects related to the mains are studied at the college level, there is no problem. Quantitative Aptitude Arithmetic, Simplifications, and Data Interpretation combined are called Quantitative Aptitude. If you learn Arithmetic, English, and Reasoning well, you can excel in Prelims.
In English tense parts of speech, grammar-based questions should be noted in the exam. The practice of old question papers will give the results. English Grammar, Reading Comprehension, and Vocabulary should be taken care of. If you know grammar well, you can write jumbled sentences, fill in the blanks, rearrangement of sentences. Along with all this, you need to set aside enough time to prepare. Practice enough.
