If you unlock your Mac and open your ID and password, the home screen will appear. Above we have options like logo, finder, file edit, view go, window, and help. That whole part is called a bar. Similarly, if we look below, we will see the apps. That part is called the dock. To see which version our Macbook is running on, if we click on the Apple logo above, we will get an option called About This Mac.

How to Add Apps to Dock

First, go into the lunch pod. After leaving, if you drop the app you want to add to the dock, it will be added to the dock. It can also be done in different ways. Another method comes and you have to first open the app you want to add, then that app will appear in the dock. Double-clicking on it will bring up some options. If you click on Options, you will see an option called Keep in Dock. Clicking on it will add up the dock and that’s it. But the first-mentioned method is very easy.

How to remove apps from the dock

If you double-click on the app that you want to remove, it will show options, if you click on it, the option will show Remove from Dock. Clicking on it will remove it from the dock.

How to Increase Dock Size on Mac

If you click on the Apple icon in the menu bar to increase the dock size, you will get an option called System Preferences. Clicking on it will show you many options but you have to click on the dock and menu bar options. Then the Bar option comes under the Dock option. If you move that bar back and forth you will understand. If you want it small, you can do it if you want it big.
