Acharya Nagarjuna University Center for Distance Education (CDE) in Guntur has released a notification for admission to distance education courses. Degree programs, PG programs, library and information programs, Diploma programs, and certificate programs are available.
Acharya Nagarjuna University Distance Degree Programs
There are BA, BCom (Computer Applications), BBA, and BCom (General) programs. BA program in Telugu; BCom (Computer Applications), BBA programs in English medium; BCom (General) course will be in Telugu and English medium.
BA Subjects: Economics, History, Politics, Public Administration, Sociology, History, Special English, Special Telugu, Banking, Computer Applications.
Eligibility: Inter/Inter Vocational/Class XII/Polytechnic/Two-year ITI pass from a recognized board can apply. APOSS, TOSS, and NIOS candidates can also apply.
PG Programmes
The duration of each course is two years, consisting of four semesters or two semesters per year.
MA Specializations: English, Telugu, Sanskrit, Hindi, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Human Resources Management. MA (English/Journalism and Mass Communication/Human Resource Management), MSW, and M.Com programs in English medium; MA (Economics/History/Political Science/Sociology) programs should be studied in Telugu medium.
Eligibility: A degree pass in languages and economics specializations in MA program with relevant subjects is sufficient.
Mcom Specializations: Accountancy, Banking
Eligibility: Must have passed BCom/BBM for the M.Com program.
Library and information programs
The duration of the Bachelor of Library and Information Science program is one year, consisting of two semesters. Candidates who have passed any degree are eligible to apply. This program is to be studied in English medium.
Master of Library and Information Science Program. The program duration is one year, Bachelor of Library and Information Science pass can apply for this program. The program will be in English medium.
Diploma in Food Production, Diploma in Psychological Guidance and Counselling
The duration of each program is one year. 10th class/equivalent course pass for food production program; Inter/Inter Vocational/Polytechnic Diploma/Two Year ITI Course Passes are eligible for Psychological Guidance and Counseling Programme.
