AME CEE NOTIFICATION-2023 has released the Common Entrance Examination notification for admission to aviation courses for the year. It is a national examination conducted across the country. Admissions are given in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME), Aeronautical Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering programs based on merit in this examination. These programs are recognized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). All the candidates admitted here will be given scholarships as per the rules.
AME CEE NOTIFICATION 2023
The exam will be conducted online. The duration of the exam is one hour. Inter/equivalent qualified candidates will be given 25 questions each from Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics subject law. Those who have completed a Diploma/Higher Degree in Science will be given 25 questions each from General Awareness, English, and Aptitude. Total 300 marks with four marks per question. One mark will be deducted if the answer is wrong. The question paper will be given in English and Hindi medium as per the choice of the candidates. Candidates will be videotaped during the test.
What is Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course
The aircraft maintenance engineering program includes training on maintenance, repair, testing, troubleshooting, etc. related to aircraft. Study on campus for two years. After completing the practical training in a DGCA-recognized institute, the license will be given. Holders of this license have the opportunity to work in the aviation sector around the world. Those who complete the AME course have job opportunities in National and International Airlines, MRO Organizations, Aircraft Part Manufacturing Organizations, DGCA, Civil Defense Forces, Aviation Training Centers, and Flying Clubs.
Aeronautical Engineering
This program includes aspects of planning, manufacturing, construction, and checking aircraft. The duration of the program is four years. After completing the program you can get jobs in Boeing, Air Bus, Civil Aviation, Defense, NASA, GTRE, ISRO, DRDO, Aeronautical Development Establishment, NAL, Air India, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, etc.
Aerospace Engineering Program
This program includes topics related to aircraft, spacecraft construction, manufacturing, and rocket science. The duration of the program is four years. It has theoretical and practical subjects. After completing the program one can settle as Aerospace Design Checker, Astronautical Engineer, Aeronautical Engineer, Aircraft Engineer, Thermal Design Engineer, Aircraft Production Manager, Aircraft Structural Engineer, and Cad Technician.
AME course eligibility
Must have passed Inter/XII/Equivalent courses with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as main subjects from a recognized board. Those who have completed three years engineering diploma; those who have completed higher education with specializations in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry can also apply. Candidates’ age should be between 16 to 28 years on admission.
AME CEE Scholarship Details
AME CEE 2023 toppers who stand as toppers in the Central/Board Exam (Inter Level Examination) will be paid the full tuition fee under the scholarship. 75% tuition fee for four who scored between two to five ranks in the AME CEE2023 exam; 50% tuition fee for 15 students who obtained ranks between 6 to 20; 25% tuition fee for 80 people who have obtained ranks between 21 to 100; 15% tuition fee for 900 students who scored ranks between 101 to 1,000; 10% tuition fee for 4,000 people who have obtained ranks between 1001 to 5,000; AME CEE 2023 Qualified candidates will pay 5% Tuition fee for all.
