Azim Premji University, Bangalore invites applications for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs. BA, BSc, and dual degree programs are available. MA and LLM programs are available. All these programs are full-time residential programs. Admissions are done based on entrance tests and online personal interviews. The duration of each degree program is 4 years. Also, the duration of each PG program is 2 years. The duration of LLM is one year. Scholarship facility will be added to the eligible as per the rules of the institution.

Eligibility

Must have passed Inter/Twelfth/Equivalent Course for admission to Degree. A minimum of 50% marks is mandatory. The age of candidates should not exceed 21 years by 2023.

Must have passed any degree from a recognized university for admission to in MA. LLB degree of three/five years duration should be completed for admission to LLM. Preference will be given to those with experience. There is no age limit.

Azim Premji University Entrance Test

The entrance test conducted for admission to degree programs has two parts. The first part will be in objective mode, in which 20 multiple choice questions will be given from English Language and Quantitative Reasoning topics each. Total 80 marks at the rate of two marks per question. One mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. In the second part, two descriptive questions are given. Each question should be answered in 100 to 200 words. First Part Test Time – 2 hours. The second part is exam time-1 hour.

In the entrance test conducted for admission to PG programs, 15 multiple choice questions are given from Reading Comprehension, 15 from General and Quantitative Reasoning Ability, and 10 from Social Awareness. A descriptive question will be given to test the candidate’s writing ability related to the chosen program. There will be no negative marks. Exam Time- 2 hours.
