How to use google docs
Google Docs is a combination of many functionalities and commands. It’s a web-based productivity tool, and it’s completely free. An online word processor is useful for tasks ranging from documentation to editing, etc. This tool is very simple to understand. However, keyboard shortcuts in Google Docs can make work easier and save time.
You can rotate the image clockwise or counter-clockwise with Alt + Page Left or Alt + Page Right.
Press Control + Shift + V to paste any text without formatting.
You can use the voice typing tool by pressing Control + Shift + S together. Pressing that combination will switch on the microphone. So that every word spoken is typed.
You can replace a word in the document by pressing Control + Shift + H. However, you cannot replace every word in the entire document with this shortcut.
You can check the number of words in a document by pressing Control + Shift + C together.
Press Control + F to find the desired specified text easily.
By pressing Control + K together, you can insert a link with text headings into the document. By inserting, others can also click on the heading and open the link.
Press Control + Shift + E to center the text in the document.
To move text to the left or right, press Control, Shift, and R together.
Press Control + O to open the file.
If you press Control + Y together there is no need to repeat the old command.
Pressing Control + Alt + U will bring up all the suggested edits. All of them can be reviewed.
Control + Shift + Y can be used to find out the meaning of the selected text.
Control + Shift + Alt will show all live edits available in the document at once.
Pressing Control + Alt + M together will add your comment to the document.
